Kent Community Rail Partnership are working with Kent Youth County Council to gain insights on the lived experience of young people with autism when they are traveling by rail.
Southeastern want all their passengers to feel comfortable enough to travel on their network.
Additional support is available through Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyards, JAM Cards and Southeastern’s own Travel Support Cards. Southeastern staff receive training to recognise that holders of these cards may require extra help while at stations or on trains.
We would be grateful if you could tell us what was good or bad about your own journey. Your stories may be shared with Kent Youth County Council, Southeastern and other stakeholders.
