On 13th November, Southeastern held their Autumn Stakeholder Forum in Canterbury.

Southeastern welcomed colleagues and partners from across their network to reflect on the previous six months and to show how Southeastern are working to deliver a better, more reliable and sustainable railway.

Speakers throughout the day updated stakeholders on a range of topics, including how Southeastern and Network Rail are working more closely together than ever before to deliver a reliable service, improvements to digital ticketing and customer information, plans for upcoming timetable changes, investments being made in Kent’s stations and infrastructure, and a programme to refresh and modernise Southeastern’s train fleet.

The day ended with a Q&A session where stakeholders raised their key topics of interest with Southeastern’s panel, including the move towards greener, more sustainable ways of running the railway and questions on how together Southeastern and Network Rail can deliver more growth and improve performance.
