As part of their developing Tonbridge Station Strategic Plan, Network Rail are seeking passenger feedback about the station, what works well from a customer perspective and what could be better.

Please do not include information that could identify you in your comments. Anonymised responses will be shared with Network Rail. Responses received after 18th December 2024 may not be included in the study.
