We are delighted to have been shortlisted for three Community Rail Awards this year.
The ACoRP Community Rail Awards recognise and reward the hard work carried out by line groups, station adopters, volunteers, partners and community organisations, who work together to promote rail accessibility initiatives and help communities get the most from their local railway lines and stations.
The categories we were shortlisted for this year are:
Involving Diverse Groups – The Five Acre Wood Snodland Project
Best Community Engagement Project – Sea Folk Sing on the Train
Photo – The Santa Train
Voting is open now for the photo competition, so make sure you vote for your favourite by Wednesday 4 September.
Our nominations were only possible because of all the hard work by our line groups, station adopters, community groups, partners and volunteers. If you are interested in getting involved then please visit our get involved webpage and sign up. We look forward to having you on board.
The overall winners will be announced in October. Good luck to all the nominees for all their wonderful work that is happening across the UK.
