Earlier this year we began talking with Sheppey Community Cycle Club about how we could get involved in their Big Bike Revival work.

The answer was obvious, deliver a Bikes on Trains Experience to show members how easy it can be to take a regular bike on Southeastern off-peak services and explore somewhere new.

On Saturday 7th September we will be helping Sheppey CCC members to catch the train with their bikes to Queenborough, and then taking a leisurely guided bike ride back to Sheerness-on-Sea station.

The event is open to adults and will be free but places are extremely limited. Please book here or email gary.outram@sustrans.org.uk

We recommend that participants on the guided ride wear a properly fitted cycle helmet that meets current standards.
